It is with particular pride that we introduce the Rado DiaStar Original x Tej Chauhan. With this watch, we gave Tej a special challenge. We asked him to interpret a globally iconic Rado timepiece which, since causing a sensation when it was released more than 60 years ago, has remained a favourite among brand enthusiasts and fans of incredible design. The DiaStar Original has always been appreciated for its strong personality and we were fascinated by the idea of having Tej Chauhan putting his own unique stamp on the watch while retaining its essence. The result is truly amazing.

The first thing you’ll notice with the Rado DiaStar Original x Tej Chauhan is the unmistakable DiaStar Original bezel shape in Ceramos™. Coated in yellow-gold coloured PVD, it boldly announces the presence of the watch and stands in pleasing contrast to the light grey pillow-shaped rubber strap. Just as appealing is the matt black dial with its distinctive silver and blue printed minute track. The combination of all the individual elements together with Tej’s own font for the day/date make for a stunning timepiece that stands out : a result that only could have come from a designer with a boundless imagination and a love for the Rado brand.
