THE ETERNAL ELEGANCE OF HIGH-TECH CERAMIC
Continuing its celebration of 40 years of the Integral, Rado presents a striking Limited Edition, paying tribute to the iconic timepiece and the revolutionary high-tech ceramic that helped redefine watchmaking. A radiant golden dial, set with five black colourtreated baguette diamonds, meets gleaming black high-tech ceramic in a design that is both bold and timeless. First introduced in 1986, the Integral became a symbol of innovation, elegance and material mastery. Four decades later, it returns in a limited edition of 1,986 pieces – a discreet nod to the year the first Integral model was launched – celebrating its pioneering spirit while embracing contemporary sophistication. A testament to enduring beauty, lasting brilliance and uncompromising craftsmanship, this is the Integral at its most captivating.
MODERN ELEGANCE
Since its debut in 1986, the Integral collection has embodied Rado’s vision of modern elegance. As the celebration of its 40th anniversary continues, Rado unveils a new limited edition that pays tribute to both this iconic collection and the revolutionary high-tech ceramic that helped define its identity. With its clean, refined and distinctly contemporary aesthetic, the new Integral exudes effortless sophistication. Five radiant, black colour-treated baguette diamonds create a striking contrast against the vertically brushed, yellow gold-coloured dial, enhancing the timepiece’s refined character. The bracelet complements the captivating diamond-set dial with polished black high-tech ceramic middle links framed by yellow gold-coloured stainless steel. Marking four decades of the Integral collection, this limitededition timepiece celebrates the pioneering spirit of high-tech ceramic that has shaped its unmistakable character. Embodying Rado’s relentless pursuit of innovation and beauty, it seamlessly unites timeless sophistication with contemporary design.
ICONIC TRADITION IN MODERN DESIGN
A closer look at the new edition reveals the harmonious balance that has defined the Integral since its introduction in 1986: iconic design codes reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. True to the spirit of the groundbreaking original, this edition honours the past while embracing modern refinement.
For the first time in the redesigned Integral collection, the dial is presented in a radiant gold colour, its vertically brushed surface creating a striking contrast with the minimalist black hour and minute hands. This interplay of light and dark lends the watch a distinctive elegance, further enhanced by five black colour-treated baguette diamonds marking the cardinal hours. The black Jubilé logo is positioned in the lower half of the dial, just above the tone-in-tone gold-coloured date window framing slim black numerals. The brilliance of the black colour-treated baguette diamonds lends this new edition a distinctive allure, while the slender case, crown, and curved sapphire crystal create the perfect setting for the radiant dial. The brushed stainless steel case back further underscores the watch’s exclusivity with a special engraving reading: “LIMITED EDITION, XXXX/1986”.
TECHNICAL SOPHISTICATION
The limited edition is a refined interpretation of a true icon of Swiss watchmaking innovation. When the Integral was introduced in 1986, it became the first Rado collection to feature high-tech ceramic, establishing a new benchmark in materials expertise and design. Four decades later, this creation highlights both the enduring appeal of the collection and the remarkable material that has become synonymous with the brand.
Renowned for its lightness, exceptional durability and distinctive silky touch, high-tech ceramic was developed to retain its beauty over time. Its lasting brilliance and resistance to wear embody Rado’s enduring pursuit of timeless elegance – a vision that remains as relevant today as it was forty years ago. Through subtle refinements, the Integral Limited Edition reflects the enduring legacy of the collection while remaining faithful to the spirit of the original.
Gleaming black high-tech ceramic bracelet links ensure exceptional durability while offering remarkable wearing comfort. An edge-to-edge curved sapphire crystal, metallised to accentuate the Integral’s characteristic square profile, protects the golden dial. The curved crystal and case follow the contours of the wrist, enhancing comfort while preserving the collection’s distinctive silhouette. The timepiece is powered by Rado’s R279 PreciDrive quartz movement, delivering exceptional accuracy and reliability.
A classic Rado design returns in an elegant new expression, reflecting contemporary tastes while remaining faithful to its historic predecessor.
