The journey culminated at Rado's high-tech ceramic lab, where he gained deeper insight into the innovation and expertise behind the brand's signature material. Fascinated by its unique combination of beauty, comfort and durability, he shared his vision for the collaboration: “The process behind hightech ceramic is fascinating, and its noble properties bring a watch to another level. I see no other material for our co-created timepiece. I want everyone to experience the unique feeling of wearing a Rado watch.”

The creation of the watch was shaped through a series of creative exchanges between Tan Jianci, Rado CEO Adrian Bosshard, designers and product specialists. Together, they explored different ideas before Tan Jianci was drawn to the understated elegance of the Rado True Square Thinline. Its ultra-slim 5 mm profile, exceptional lightness and distinctive rounded-square silhouette perfectly captured the spirit he envisioned.
Once the model had been selected, the fruitful dialogue continued with the development of the dial colour. Working closely with Rado's experts, Tan Jianci reviewed several directions before choosing the distinctive green-turquoise shade that resonated most strongly with him. Echoing the serenity and radiance of the Swiss landscape, the hue transforms a fleeting moment of inspiration into a timeless expression of beauty.
The result is a timepiece pairing a lustrous white high-tech ceramic bracelet with a luminous mother-ofpearl turquoise dial.
